- 4 medium-sized apples, sliced thin
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- ½ cup Gourmet Apple Spread
- 1 cup pecans
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine pie ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Unroll pre-made, thawed pie crust in pie pan. Pour pie ingredients into crust.
In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients, using a mixer or cutting in the butter by hand or with a pastry cutter.
Evenly distribute topping on pie.
Cover pie with foil and bake for 50 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove foil and continue baking until topping is brown.
