- 2 lbs. fresh Brussels Sprouts
- ½ lb. Bacon
- 1 jar of Gourmet Apple Spread
- 1 shallot
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1-teaspoon salt
- 1-teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash Brussels Sprouts, pat dry and cut in half and place in 9x13 baking pan.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper and gently toss.
Add bacon and shallot in to frying pan and cook until bacon is crisp and shallots are translucent.
Combine bacon and shallot mixture to Brussels Sprouts; add 1 jar of Southern Okie Gourmet Apple Spread.
Bake on 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
