- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ stick (¼ cup) butter, softened
- 1 cup + ¼ cup sugar
- 3 packages (24 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup + ¼ cup Gourmet Apple Spread
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and ¼ sugar. Press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of a 9-inch, spring-form pan. Place in refrigerator while preparing filling.
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar. Add vanilla extract. Beat in eggs, one at a time allowing each to be fully incorporated before adding the next. Add sour cream and ¼ cup of Gourmet Apple Spread.
Pour filling into crust. Bake for 1 hour or until firm.Turn off oven, leaving door slightly ajar with a piece of folded foil. Allow cake to remain in oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow cake to cool in pan.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add remaining 1 cup of Gourmet Apple Spread. Remove sides of spring-form pan.
