- 2 quarts half & half
- 1-pint heavy whipping cream
- (2) 9 ounce jars of Gourmet Apple Spread
- 4 Tsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ cup of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Caramel ice cream topping (optional)
- 3 cups Rock salt
- Bag of ice
Add first six ingredients in freezer container of electric ice cream maker.
Place freezer container in ice cream maker.
Add ice around container.
Add Rock salt onto ice.
Stir until firm or ice cream container stops turning (approx. 55 minutes)
Top with caramel ice cream topping (optional)
