- 1 package refrigerated piecrust
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup Gourmet Apple Spread
Preheat oven to 350.
Unroll one piecrust, sprinkle with flour and roll flat on counter. Using a small biscuit cutter cut small circles out and place in lightly greased mini muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes, until mini piecrusts are slightly brown.
Combine cream cheese, cinnamon, and Southern Okie Gourmet Apple Spread. Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of mixture to each pre-baked mini piecrust.
- 1-cup pecans
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Southern Okie Gourmet Apple Spread
Combine topping ingredients in small bowl. Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of topping to each mini pie.
