- 2-½ cup of Southern Okie Gourmet Apple Spread
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- Refrigerated piecrust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add first 5 ingredients to large bowl and mix on medium speed with hand mixer for 1 – 2 minutes.
Place refrigerated piecrust in lightly greased pie pan. Add mixture to pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.
Let cool completely and serve with a dollop of cool whip.
