- 2 – 3 lb. Beef Pot Roast
- 1 (28 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 jar of Southern Okie Gourmet Apple Spread
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp. Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Add beef pot roast to slow-cooker, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Add chopped onion, garlic, Southern Okie Gourmet Apple Spread and can of diced tomatoes. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Optional: Serve over mashed potatoes.
