Gourmet Apple Spread Slow-Cooked Chicken - Gina's Southern Style


  • 1 to 2 lbs.  Boneless Chicken Breast or Thighs
  • 1 9-ounce jar of Gourmet Apple Spread
  • 1 12-ounce can of beer
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt

Directions

Add chicken to slow cooker.

Pour Southern Okie Gourmet Apple Spread over chicken.

Add beer, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Set on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve over rice.
