- 5 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 ½ cup Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Peach Spread
- 1/3-cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp. crushed chipotle peppers
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Apply salt, pepper and garlic powder to chicken wings. Combine peach spread, vinegar, soy sauce, chipotle pepper and brown sugar in small saucepan. Bring to simmer and stir until smooth. Grill wings over medium to low heat maintaining a temperature between 300 and 350 degrees. Once wings are done approximately 1.5 hours, toss chicken wings with mixture in a large bowl and serve.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Toss wings in a large bowl with half mixture. Place wings on the baking sheet and bake 50 minutes. Brush wings with remaining mixture and bake additional 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done and outside is glazed.
