Gourmet Peach Crostini - Gina's Southern Style

1 loaf rustic crostini bread (I use French bread)

1 jar Gina’s Southern Style Gourmet Peach Spread (9oz)

1 package sliced prosciutto (3oz)

1 tub ricotta (8oz)

1 green onion, diced

Preheat oven 400°. Slice bread in ½ slices and toast for 7 minutes. Spread a tablespoon of ricotta on to bread. Add sliced prosciutto and top with peach spread and chives. Serve immediately.
