- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp. Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Pear Spread
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- 2 slices of cheese (Cheddar, Provolone or Swiss)
- 2 to 3 slices of thick cut bacon, cooked
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add pear spread on each slice of bread and form a sandwich with the cheese, bacon and pear spread.
Cook the sandwich in pan until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
