- 1 head Belgian endive separated into leaves
- 1 bottle champagne dressing (14 oz.)
- ½ cup Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Pear Spread
- ½ cup Feta or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup walnuts, toasted
Add 1 teaspoon pear spread onto each endive leaf.
Top with Feta or Gorgonzola cheese and sprinkle with walnuts.
Drizzle champagne dressing onto each leave and serve.
