Gourmet Pear Pork Tenderloin - Gina's Southern Style


  • 2-3lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 jar of Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Pear Spread
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3-cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 to 5 slices of bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine pear spread, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and salt and pepper in medium bowl.  Mix well and set aside.  Wrap bacon slices around pork tenderloin securing with toothpicks.  Add to baking pan and pour pear mixture over pork tenderloin.  Bake for 1 hour or until pork is done.
