- 1 to 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 jar of Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Pear Spread (9oz)
- 8-10oz Portobella mushrooms, sliced thick
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Place all ingredients in the crock-pot and let cook for about 4-6 hour on low, or until chicken is done. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
