Gourmet Pear Slow-Cooked Chicken with Mushrooms - Gina's Southern Style

  • 1 to 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar of Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Pear Spread (9oz)
  • 8-10oz Portobella mushrooms, sliced thick
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Place all ingredients in the crock-pot and let cook for about 4-6 hour on low, or until chicken is done. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
