- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 jar of Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Pumpkin Spread
- ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup (chopped pecans or walnuts), optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Combine flour, pumpkin spread, brown sugar, butter, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt and baking powder in large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
