- 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 1lb Brie cheese, round
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Pumpkin Spread
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. water
Preheat oven to 400°. Beat egg and water in a small bowl with a fork or whisk. Unfold pastry and place Brie in center and brush edges with egg mixture.
Top Brie with pumpkin spread and sprinkle walnuts on top of pumpkin spread. Fold the pastry over cheese to cover and seal with additional egg mixture. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until pastry is brown and cheese is melted. Serve with crackers or apples.
