- 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
- 1 jar peanut butter (16oz)
- 1 jar Gina's Southern Style Gourmet Strawberry Spread (9oz)
- 1 package chocolate chips (12oz)
Unwrap crackers and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Dollop a tablespoon of peanut butter onto crackers. Add ½ teaspoon of strawberry spread on top of peanut butter. Add another cracker on top to create a PBJ sandwich. Put in freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours so they will

30 second intervals. Once melted stir well and dip PBJ sandwich crackers into chocolate tapping off excess using a fork. Place on cookie sheet (covered in wax paper) until firm.
