1 package frozen puff pastry sheets (17.5oz)
1 jar Gina’s Southern Style Gourmet Pear Spread
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Prosciutto thinly slices (5oz)
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5oz)
Preheat oven to 400. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll out 1 pastry sheet into rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface. Spread with ½ mustard, ½ prosciutto and ½ cup pear spread. Sprinkle with ½ parmesan cheese. Roll up, starting with a long side, then cut into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange on baking sheet. Repeat again with remaining pastry sheet, mustard, pear spread, prosciutto and cheese. Bake until done, about 20 minutes.
